Brisbane History Group

The Brisbane History Group , a not-for-profit organisation formed in 1981, was established to research and preserve the history of Brisbane and its environments.

The Group publishes a range of books, papers and discussions on Brisbane’s history and thus contribute to linking the academic world to the wider community and educational facilities. The Group organises seminar days, events and tours with various themes throughout the year. Please contact them for more information about membership and publications.
