Brisbane History Group AGM and Seminar

Join us for our 2023 AGM, afternoon tea, and presentations by Jennifer Harrison and Paul Sayer. Jennifer Harrison will outline the lead up to the establishment of the Moreton Bay Penal Settlement, Paul Sayer its beginnings.

Jennifer is currently finalising her new book Fettered Frontier (working title only) which addresses the wider context, dynamics and issues associated with the establishment of the settlement.

It would assist if you book individually (for name tags) and confirm attendance before Monday 20 February (for catering purposes).

There will be a ‘cash’ book stall where you can purchase current and past BHG publications.
