Brisbane Open House is back with an outstanding 2023 program. Join us on 15 + 16 July 2023. For one weekend only, we give you the keys to unlock your city.

Peel back the curtains to discover the hidden wealth of architecture, engineering, and history in buildings, spaces, structures and places around Brisbane.

The free event will feature a curated selection of historic and contemporary buildings, with everything from heritage-listed homes to cutting-edge commercial spaces – including some of Brisbane’s most iconic buildings, our most popular previous venues, as well as some of our city’s newest projects and best-kept secrets.

Some of the highlights from the 2022 event included City Hall, Customs House, and the Brisbane International Cruise Terminal and marked some exciting changes and additions to our well-loved event such as the Iconic Precinct within Fish Lane Arts Precinct, and the inaugural Villages of Brisbane weekend celebrating Sandgate & Shorncliffe.

Through our carefully curated 2023 event program, we’ll be opening a full calendar of events, with a new (soon to be announced) suburb in the spotlight, to join Sandgate & Shorncliffe, and more exclusive events, talks and activations, guided walking tours, and more.
