Hopevale Collective: To the light (Wulungurr-Bi)

The Hopevale Arts and Cultural Centre (Hopevale Collective) is a space for Hopevale Community members to pursue their interest in art, and to maintain the stories and traditions of the local Guugu Yimithirr culture.

Specially commissioned for Logan Art Gallery, To the light (Wulungurr-Bi) features paintings, fashion designs, and textiles by collective members, which celebrate subjects that create joy and hope in their community.
