Night at the Haunted Museum

Halloween is coming to Pine Rivers Heritage Museum!

This is your chance to experience a haunted museum after dark…

Drop in while the night is young to enjoy family friendly fun. As the night grows darker and the little ones go to bed, the museum will transform under the glow of the moonlight into a spooky and eerie place. After you have braved the museum, you might dare to make your way to the Halloween Night Markets within Old Petrie Town.

Performance
Step back in time to October 30, 1938, when a radio drama incited panic in its listeners. Nathan Schulz of The Drama Merchant invites you to experience Orson Welles’ adaptation of The War of the Worlds which was broadcast live on CBS Radio for Halloween.

5pm – 7.30pm: All ages
Create some spooky Halloween craft such as a spider web or lantern to light your way and quench your thirst with a hocus pocus punch.

7.30pm – 9pm: Ages 15+ years
More trick than treat! Hold your loved ones close as you explore what is lurking in the shadows whilst sipping an eyeball mocktail or zombie tonic.
