Exhibition opening: A seaside family fun day

This event is to celebrate the opening of our newest exhibition, Taking Flight: Amazing migratory shorebirds.

A Seaside Family Fun Day will be an enjoyable day out with live music from young local musicians from Imagine Music, up-close encounters with live animals from Geckoes Wildlife, fun activities, refreshments and much much more!

Taking Flight is an interactive exhibition for the whole family. Each year nearly 20,000 migratory shorebirds visit the Pumicestone Passage, the exhibition features their amazing story.

So come and share in the fun and excitement of the Bribie Island Seaside Museum family fun day!

Bribie Island Seaside Museum is open from Wednesday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
