Our Story Live: Bribie beach holidays

To celebrate Bribie Island Seaside Museum’s Shifting Shores: Bribie’s beautiful beaches, Lynne Hooper from the Bribie Island Historical Society will delve into the history of Bribie Island as a beloved beach holiday destination.

Illustrated with gorgeous historical photos, Lynne will explore how holiday makers made the journey to Bribie Island, where they stayed and enjoyed the varied activities on offer.

Free. Morning tea provided. Bookings essential for catering purposes.

After the event, learn more about the beauty of Bribie Island with the Shifting Shores exhibition.

Bribie Island Seaside Museum is open from Wednesday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
